If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review and make it right. Approved cases will be remedied with a replacement or store credit (no refunds).
Requests submitted after 7 days or without required photos may be denied.
Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled. If you made a shipping address mistake, contact us within 1 hour of purchase at [email protected]. Address updates are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.
Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with your household, neighbors and local carrier branch. We’ll gladly assist with guidance, but Amorini Puri is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries or stolen packages.
If your order was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days. We may initiate a carrier claim and request the item and packaging be retained for inspection.
Customs duties, taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, the order will not be refunded.
