1) Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, limited editions or pre-order releases, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. 

4) International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Amorini Puri cannot control or predict these charges; please check with your local customs office for details.

5) Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Check with household members, neighbors or building management.
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

6) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly. If you made a mistake, contact [email protected] immediately—if your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

7) Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Pre-orders or limited releases may include extended delivery windows listed on the product page. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.
